Cleansing beast

I'm blown away!!!! Cleanse days rock! I've done my share of cleanses and detoxes over the years and some were simply horrible! I felt worse after than I did before I started until I found a nice gentle supportive cellular cleanse that gets rid of the junk (without the poopiness like many cleanses and detoxes do) and makes room for good stuff instead. Gone are my days of 5 day, 7 day, 21 day or even 30 day cleanses! No more fruit cleanses which spiked my sugar levels and gave me terrible headaches, no more cayenne pepper and lemon nasty concoctions, no more horrible tasting powders or pills, and no slaving over a stove to make weird soups that took forever to prepare. Now I have options of simple overnights, 1 day or 2 days. My go-to and favorite when it's all done is the 2 day cleanse- intermittent fasting amped up (and the money I save!!!!).
Now I love it even more! I was told by my coach not to be surprised if I could lift more weights during my cleanse days. I didn't believe it until today. After a good hard swim workout, I hit the weights. I lifted 20% heavier weights than usual and leg pressed 55% heavier weights- and no muscle soreness! So grateful for a wicked nutrition system that understands and encourages regular cleansing to promote autophagy. Pretty much what this means is that my body does some housekeeping to keep my organ systems and processes to continue running smoothly and keeps me from aging any time too soon (and who doesn't want to feel young and vibrant?).
