Failing is not an option

My days are not perfect- far from it. I struggle with my cleanse days, I struggle with my triathlon training, and I struggle with my work. There are days when I just want to throw the towel in when I question my abilities.
These past two weeks I've done some hard thinking, soul searching, sitting in silence, and reflecting. I've spent time with a couple of my mentors and they've been open and honest (no sugar coated words from them) and I've received their words even when it brought me to tears. I've also received the messages from some outstanding company leaders and trainers these past few days.
A storm has been brewing inside of me- you know, like those storms where you can hear the thunder in the distance and feel the cold front rapidly descend all around; I've been feeling very unsettled. But I'm ready for a change. The self-sabotage stops here and now. Changing my mindset, changing my choice of words and living into a belief in myself and my abilities (and borrowing other people's beliefs when mine is low). I'm ready to succeed... I WILL not fail!
